WHO

Callicore is a French animation studio, which combines several activities concentrated in the music's field: the production of animated content for the music industry, but also music publishing. The studio proposes concepts and original animation, acting as a communication and production tool. The projects management is done entirely in-house from pre-production to postproduction. After the nomination of bluesman John Lee Hooker, Jr. at the Grammy Awards in 2009 for the album "All Odds Against Me", co-edited and illustrated by Callicore, John Lee Hooker, Jr.'s label "Steppin 'Stone Records "and Callicore received a new distinction at the 13th Annual Webby Awards in the category Special FX / Motion Graphics for the music video "Blues ain't nothin' but a pimp." Callicore has produced videos for bands as Carbon Silicon, composed by Mick Jones (The Clash) and Tony James (Generation X - Sigue Sigue Sputnik), The Washington Dead Cats, The Buzzcocks, The Meteors, Pete & Charlie (new project of Pete Jones - Public Image Limited), Arrested Development, We are the Fury, Marky Ramone.
